My very FIRST 4th of July off since being in the news business... Yay!

Got to spend it with the family!

When you think of *Green Bay* AMUSEMENT PARK definitely doesn't come to mind...

But, *Green Bay* has a ton of surprises, and Bay Beach Amusement Park being one!

We spent part of our 4th of July at the park!

The park definitely reminded me of an old school amusement park... But we wanted to try the *Zippin Pippin* which was Elvis Presley's favorite roller coaster.

Everyone has been ranting about how great of a ride it is... especially for a small amusement park.
A few people at work have already rode the  *Zippin Pippin* almost 20 times.

So of course we had to ride the historic coaster.

Plus... I'm a HUGE fan of wooden roller coasters!

I have to say... I was definitely impressed!

And you KNOW we had some good eatin!

It was finger lickin good!

The hubby was on the grill while I made the sides.

I was stuffed!

And of course, the 4th of July would be complete without FIREWORKS!
