...so yesterday I went to the doctor and when the nurse weighed me, I just felt sick. 
I haven't been this heavy since college -- and it was ALL MUSCLE then...


Just five years ago -- I was a D1 athlete who participated in track and field ...


And just two years ago I was dancing for a professional arena football team! 


 
I WANT MY BODY BACK DAMMIT!
Yes, I said it... and I admit it... I think that I've been starting to let myself go. I have been a lifelong believer in physical fitness and wellness...

Now don't get me wrong -- I'm not one of those girls who whine about being fat, knowing that I'm not obese...
I just miss my toned body.
I'd like to see myself lose between 10-15lbs and lean up... 
I just need to dedicate myself to fitness all over again.

What workouts have you tried lately and seen results?
I'm looking for a yoga and/or pilates class...
DEFINITELY taking suggestions ;)
